  DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD - AWFUL MANAGEMENT. I lost count of the amount of bite marks from other students my child received while going there. When I approached the Director she just smiled, shrugged and said kids will be kids. Another child, (bitten by the same kid) had 9 bite marks and was taken to the hospital once his mother picked him up! I wouldn't have even been told by her teacher had I not seen the marks and asked what it was! Ridiculous! They advertise 7am open time, but don't expect anyone to actually be there ready to open the doors. One teacher is there, Ms. Rennne, and she's actually pretty amazing. If your lucky, and Ms.Renee is your kids teacher, than they will get settled in and you can go about your day. All other kids stay up front with the receptionist until their teacher arrives (assuming the teacher is even on time). While waiting I was constantly helping other parents pull chairs off tables so the kids can sit and we would wait around for the teacher to arrive. Sometimes as much as 20 minutes late. Leaving the receptionist alone with 15+ kids. I'm 100% certain that is against regulation for teacher student ratio. Again, I mentioned this to the director and she started giving me a sob story about how she makes the schedule, but cant enforce whether people show up on time or not. Hello? You are the director! If I was consistently late I'd be fired! HANDLE IT! They have video so parents can check in during the day and watch the classroom, which is nice, but 90% of the time the teachers are standing together talking. MY daughter was constantly climbing on chairs to open cabinets, no wonder she was constantly falling and busting her lip. If your child is nearing the transition period form one age group to another, don't expect it to be gradual. You walk in one day, your child goes to hug the teacher and the director walks in, grabs your child by the arm and just tosses them into their new class. No transition, nothing. WORST PRESCHOOL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. (I have 3 kids.)
